7. Payment: L/C transferable (98% paid at loading port, 2% paid discharge port.

8. Delivery: 30-45 days.

9. Contract: 12 months.

10. Inspection: by CARSURIN/SUCOFINDO/SGS/CCIC/CIQ.

All contract time is from 1 year up to 5 years.

Once the contract is signed, the procedure is simple and straight forward.

Buyer is welcome to visit the Mines.

Final Burners or authorized traders are to buy for final burners only.
